Regenexx® Procedures provide non-surgical treatment options for those suffering from pain related to osteoarthritis, joint injuries, spine pain, and common sports injuries. We’re Washington’s first Regenexx Physician Clinic for Advanced Regenerative Orthopedic Procedures

Regenexx medical procedures are only performed by highly-skilled doctors and are used to help reduce orthopedic pain and improve function. Regenexx procedures have helped thousands of patients improve their quality of life, return to the activities they enjoy, and avoid the need for surgery or joint replacement. Regenexx is a world leader in the field of orthopedic regenerative medicine based on scientific publications and is arguably the world’s most advanced platform for in-office interventional orthobiologics.

More than 190,250 highly specific image-guided Regenexx® Procedures have been performed since Regenexx pioneered the field of interventional orthopedics, using bone marrow concentrate to treat common orthopedic problems in 2005.

The published research on Regenexx procedures accounts for approximately 44% of the world’s research on the use of bone marrow concentrate for orthopedic conditions (cumulative n of patients published & treated with bone marrow concentrate as of 1/1/2019)

Meet Dr. Jason Attaman – The Region’s Leading Regenerative Orthopedics Specialist

In addition to Dr. Attaman’s extensive training and experience in Interventional Orthobiologics, he was selected as a Seattle Metropolitan “Top Doctor” in Pain Medicine for 2015 – 2021, as well as Seattle Magazine’s “Top Doctor” in Pain Medicine for 2019, 2022, and 2023.

For Regenexx information and appointments, please call 425-440-3555.

Dr. Jason Attaman is a double board-certified physician. He holds a subspecialty certificate in Pain Medicine and a specialty certificate in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. He has over a decade of experience treating the most complex musculoskeletal and pain conditions. Dr. Attaman sees patients at our Seattle, Bellevue, and Auburn offices, and is an attending physician at Swedish Hospital, Overlake Hospital, MultiCare Hospital, Overlake Surgery Center, and Seattle Surgery Center.

We think outside the box. If you have been told you “have to live” with your pain, or that your only option is surgery, we will likely have an alternative for you. At our practice, you will be seen by a physician every time. You will never have to see a physician assistant or nurse practitioner. You will have time to tell your story, and your body will tell us the rest through a detailed physical exam. We will personally order and carry out all your procedures. With personalized service and therapies, we strive for the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Regenexx founder Chris Centeno, MD says this of Dr. Attaman: “Jason Attaman is an advanced interventional spine provider who is also trained extensively in interventional orthopedics and joined the Regenexx network. We were very proud to add him to our network as Jason is one of the best interventional physicians in the U.S. Read Dr. Centeno’s blog entry about Dr. Attaman’s treatment success here: Interdigital Wasting in Seattle Fixed with Platelet Lysate

Seattle-Area Clinic Offering Bone Marrow Concentrate (Sometimes referred to as Stem Cell Therapy), PRP, and Other Regenerative Orthopedic Procedures

We are seeing patients in-clinic for consultations, followups, and procedures. However, if you’d prefer to stay at home, you may book a telemedicine consultation or follow-up appointment with us instead!

This consultation will include your choice of secure audio or video chat with Dr. Attaman, review of all records you submit to us at least 24 hours prior to the appointment, and any advice that can be administered with the information supplied. A consultation typically takes 30-60 minutes depending on the complexity of your case, and a follow-up appointment takes 20 minutes.

Telemedicine Appointments Offered

Due to new changes in insurance regulations, telemedicine is a covered benefit by medical insurance depending on your individual plan. If you do not have insurance, or we do not accept your particular insurance, we also accept self-pay telemedicine appointments. We are available 10 am to 10 pm every day of the week.

NOTE: We do NOT prescribe opioid/narcotic medications

We Accept the Regenexx Corporate Benefits Insurance Policy

We are the only clinic in Western Washington and the Puget Sound area that accepts the Regenexx corporate benefits insurance policy.  That means, for one thing, that if your employer’s health insurance plan includes Regenexx procedures (e.g. stem cell therapy or PRP), we can provide treatment that is covered by your plan.  It also means that employers who self-pay for insurance can cover Regenexx procedures for employees, and can have that treatment covered by insurance rather than cash.
